🚫 No Returns
We follow a strict no-return policy.
All sales made on Unmerch.in are final and cannot be returned for refund, cancellation.
🔁 Exchanges (Defective Products Only)
We offer free exchange only in case of defective products, subject to the following conditions:
✅ Eligibility for Exchange

The product must be defective or damaged at the time of delivery.

A full unboxing video is mandatory, recorded from start to finish.

The video must:

Clearly show the sealed package before opening.

Be continuous (no cuts, edits, pauses, or transitions).

Clearly display the defect.

⚠️ Without a complete unboxing video (start to end, no edits), exchange requests will not be accepted.
📅 Exchange Request Timeline

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests made after this period will not be considered.
👕 Size-Related Issues
If the exchange request is due to a size issue (wrong size ordered by customer):

Exchange may be allowed (subject to stock availability).

The customer must bear the shipping charges for replacement.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
❌ Non-Eligible Cases
Exchange requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

No unboxing video provided.

Edited or cut unboxing video.

Damage caused due to misuse or improper handling.

Request raised after the allowed timeline.
