At Unmerch.in, we strive to deliver high-quality merchandise to our customers. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

🚫 No Returns

We follow a strict no-return policy.
All sales made on Unmerch.in are final and cannot be returned for refund, cancellation.


🔁 Exchanges (Defective Products Only)

We offer free exchange only in case of defective products, subject to the following conditions:

✅ Eligibility for Exchange

  • The product must be defective or damaged at the time of delivery.

  • A full unboxing video is mandatory, recorded from start to finish.

  • The video must:

    • Clearly show the sealed package before opening.

    • Be continuous (no cuts, edits, pauses, or transitions).

    • Clearly display the defect.

⚠️ Without a complete unboxing video (start to end, no edits), exchange requests will not be accepted.

📅 Exchange Request Timeline

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Requests made after this period will not be considered.


👕 Size-Related Issues

If the exchange request is due to a size issue (wrong size ordered by customer):

  • Exchange may be allowed (subject to stock availability).

  • The customer must bear the shipping charges for replacement.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.


❌ Non-Eligible Cases

Exchange requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • No unboxing video provided.

  • Edited or cut unboxing video.

  • Damage caused due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Request raised after the allowed timeline.


📦 How to Request an Exchange

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Full unboxing video (Google Drive link if large file)

  • Description of the issue

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
